At least 1.5 yrs of relevant TL exp on papers in a voice process
To lead and motivate your team to ensure team objectives are achieved
To be capable of managing a team of a minimum of 15 including all associated administration (holiday calculations and tracking etc)
To pro-actively manage all attendance issues ensuring appropriate policies and best practice are followed
